Learn as if you were to live forever.” In Dinex, we strongly believe that learning and development is the key to competent and motivated employees and therefore, also to our company’s future success. Therefore, Dinex has opened the Dinex University to ensure that employees from production floor to top management level are constantly developing their competences. We believe that no matter what level, background and experience you have, you can always learn something new and you can always improve. This mindset is also what drives our growth journey and our strategy.

Dinex University includes three academies; one academy for each of our two segments, AEM and OEM, and then our leadership academy. The leadership academy is taking point of departure in our Dinex Leadership Handbook which all our local management teams around the world received a 3 days training tour in.

Training are a combination of on-location, online and video training. We have also developed an app so our employees can check out relevant courses and sign up for them via their mobile phone.

Leadership Training Session in HQ

Leaders from our Aftermarket segment was invited to our HQ in Middelfart, Denmark, for two days of intensive training. Topics was selected and customized for the individuals joining the course to make it as relevant and efficient as possible.

All participants completed the training and was rewarded with our Leadership Training certificate to document the training.

In 2020, the Dinex University will offer many more trainings both within leadership, project management, sales, IT and other areas.
